Player Characters and Domains
Archduke Obsidius Falx of Lockland
Level 9 Mage.
The most recent descendant of the storied Falx bloodline, the venerable Archduke is one of the most respected mages in the land. Ruling over the a nation on the southern shore, he maintains strong trade ties with the dwarves, though he prefers to let his people handle the actual logistics. His capital is the city of Crookhollow. The Archduke spends much of his time secluded in magical research these days, but always finds time to ensure his magistrates take good care of his citizens. His rise to power was not smooth, as he spent much of his youth in self-imposed exile. The reason for this exile is rumored to be Obsidius’s love of ancient tomes of his great grandfather, which his father strongly disapproved of. They were able to reconcile after his father fell ill, and Obsidius returned to make ammends. Upon his return from exile, he made a grand entrance by incinerating a group of bandits and their leader who were running rampant in his father’s land. As Obsidius was his father’s only heir, he assumed power upon the death of the previous archduke.
Lord-Captain Barca of Akropotamia
Level 10 Venturer
Lord-Captain Barca is an odity in the Reichstag. A cocksure sailing man and eagle eyed trader, Barca made his way into the ranks of power rapidly by revitalizing sea trade out of Akropotamia. Some whisper that his power is supported by illicit channels, but none dare prove it. The port city of Faros now rings day and night with the sounds of ship bells and yells of porters. But Barca craves ever more financial dominance, evening that of the entire Empire.
Elector John Lapis Angularus of Ultimast
Level 10 Crusader
John Angularus is an enignma. He gained sole right of rule of the walled domain of Ultimast by common demand of the people that live there. John has seemingly done little on the Imperial stage. His fortress town of Whitehall is however strongly defended from all sides, and he claims to be able to shelter any who need it. He did lead a very successful monster extermination campaign before he was crowned.
High Lord Wallac of Roderhim
Level 9 Fighter
Legendary veteran of the 28 years war, Wallac was granted the Great City of Equitte and its domain by its late ruler. Before his death, the ruler made Wallac promise that the Beastlands would be purged by his blade. This is a promise Wallac intends to keep.

The Emperor under the Mountains
Level 13 Dwarf Vaultgaurd
While not an Elector per-say, the Emperor who oversees the entire Empire. He is chosen by the Electors and chooses what the main topic of any session of the Reichstag's will be. He wields tie breaking power over Reichstag votes, but cannot directly act without their approval in most instances. He may abstain from tie breaking. The current emperor is Alchan the IV, an aged dwarf vaultguard. He has been in power for well over 100 years. He is quite weak, politcally speaking and normally merely resides over sessions of the Riechstag.
The Ecclesiarch - Consecratia
Level 12 Priestess
The Ecclesiarch is the Elector from Consecratia. He or she holds sway over much. While serving in the role, a person gives up their name as they are in service to a higher power. The current Ecclesiarch is a Priestess from the Sororis Misericordia, or the Sisters of Mercy. As such she is primarily concerned with increasing the ability of the church to prevent suffering. As the Elector from Consecratia, the Ecclesiarch holds massive sway in the Reichstag, and their vote may be used to break ties if the Emperor abstains.
Lord Halfin - Halfins Push
Level 10 Explorer
Human Fighter, veteran of several incursions into the Beastlands. He gained his Electorship through valor in battle, but many whisper that his deeds were truly done by another. As such, his overall influence on the senate is extremely minor. He is at risk of losing his Electorship and being sent back to the lower bench.
Giles Slenderwillow - Lidari
Level 9 Elven Spellsword
Elf Spellsword from the Lidari nation. His influcence is limited exclusively to the other Lidari in the Reichstag.
LeMarque de Cruso - Hidari
Level 10 Elven Nightblade
Highly charismatic Elector from the Hidari nation. He has made much headway with the lower bench humans and wields quite a large amount of influence. It is rumored that he gained this influence through unsavory means however.
Revig - Dwarven Reach
Level 9 Dwarven Craftpriest
As Archcupbearer of the Dwarves, he leads the dwavern nation more directly, under the guidance of the emperor. With his duties thus split, he wields only average influence.
Lady Lyra - Hollow Weald
Level 10 Bladedancer
A sultry Bladedancer from the Hollow Weald, the large, sparsely populated forest domain in the center of the empire. Highly influential for reasons that have nothing to do with her political prowess
